Workflow and content automation (WCA) is becoming the de facto way to automate business processes that involve documents. WCA overlaps with robotic process automation (RPA) but it focuses on the machine creation and routing of documents. This shift to the automation of content represents a change in how documents will be produced. Human labor will be augmented by digital labor.
